SMS and Mobile Information

If you opt in to receive text messages from TableTurnerr LLC, we collect and use your mobile number, consent record, message content, and messaging activity to provide the SMS program you requested. Each client is responsible for its own brand and campaign registration, consent collection and records, disclosures, opt-out handling, and messaging compliance.

A client's use of a TableTurnerr-managed account, TextGrid subaccount, or other messaging infrastructure does not transfer TableTurnerr website consent to that client. Client-specific consent must identify the relevant client or brand and the messaging program for which consent is obtained.
